Now, consumers can see their reviews of Domino's pizzas in New York’s Times Square on an extra large digital billboard screen.
America’s largest pizza chain has incorporated a 125-foot-wide/4,630-square-foot electronic billboard on Times Square, which displays feedback from customers’ experiences with Domino's. This eye-catching digital signage execution is certain to raise awareness and media buzz as well as the attention of their closest competitors. Will this effort increase sales and improve consumer’s perception of the brand? You be the judge…

The Domino’s Tracker lets customers track their order in every stage of the process; meaning, you can see when your order is being placed, if it is in the oven, or if it is finished. It tells you the name of the employee that made your pizza and lets you leave a review, instantly. These reviews (positive or negative) are the same ones that are posted on the billboard.
"Our customers deserve, and have come to expect, honesty from us ... and it really doesn't get more open and honest than this,” said Domino's Pizza president/CEO Patrick Doyle. Kudos to Domino’s for their consumer engagement effort and the level of transparency they seem to be providing in this effort. This approach will be active until August 23.
