At the Paris mall Quatre, consumers seem to love what Coca-Cola has to say to them through their interactive digital messages. The company is using interactive digital signage in a fun way to interact with shoppers through digital posters which offer complements and personalized messages. “It looks like you guys are rock stars” says the girl on the Coca-Cola screen to a couple. “Nice hat”, “I'm sure you dance salsa,” and “Show what you bought” are some of the comments.
The campaign is used during strong sales seasons when the malls are over-crowded and when Coke can target larger audiences. By using digital out-of-home, they create an enjoyable and memorable experience for customers during this busy time.
